Special Effects

There are TWO main ways to create special effects:
Makeup,
CGI: Computer-Generated Imagery

You may need special effects for a film poster, in a film, etc
Special effects can be used for multiple reasons and create awesomely groosem looking scars and woondes.

Evaluation:
I have learnt that adding black face paint to the cut you are attempting adds depth and detail while also making it look brused and injured. Adding cotton makes the fake blood stick better and also adds more depth and makes it look more real.
